Ingredients

• 1 cup grassfed heavy cream
• 2 tbsp raw honey
• 2 tbsp matcha powder
• 1 tsp gelatin (dissolved in a bit of the cream)

Whip it up & its ready

The honey and matcha were souvenirs from Japan via the bf– I’ve been meaning to find a dish that’ll let their true flavors shine without being muddled or over-cooked/baked.
