- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 handmade or store-purchased shortbread or sugar cookies, non-obligatory, for dipping
Directions:
- Plod collectively the confectioners’ sugar, lemon juice, matcha green tea powder, vanilla and 2 tablespoons water until the aggregate is a soft consistency.
- Use to dip the tops of your favourite shortbread or sugar cookies.
