System:
- * half of cup (75g) white kidney bean, rinsed and drained
- * half of cup (70g) frozen mango chunk, thawed
- * 2 tbsp liquid egg white
- * 2 tsp matcha powder
- * 1 scoop (28g) vanilla whey protein
- * half of tsp vanilla
- * 1/four tsp ginger
- * half of tsp baking powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350. In a food processor, blend beans till gentle. Add final factors and blend till gentle and properly mixed. Divide batter into 5 circles on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Earn away from oven and frigid on a wire rack.
