Easter Double Chocolate Cupcakes with Vani

  • * 140g butter, softened
  • * 140g muscovado sugar

Instructions:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar until mild and fluffy, then slowly add the eggs with a diminutive flour.
  2. Fold in the final flour, banana, melted dusky chocolate, chocolate chips, orange zest, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
  3. Pour the combination accurate into a ready cupcake tin, filling ⅔ of every mould. High every cupcake with a pinch of caster sugar.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven to 360F/180C and continue to bake for 10 mins, or until a skewer comes out orderly.
  5. Wintry in the tin for 10 mins, then make a choice to a wire rack and delivery decorate.
  6. Whereas the cupcakes cook dinner and then frigid quickly, fabricate the frosting. Put the butter accurate into a large bowl and beat with an electrical hand mixer until mild and fluffy.
  7. Add icing sugar and beat until mixed.
