#1 Simple Matcha Smoothie
You will need:
- Half a cup of yogurt
- Two tablespoons of honey or sugar
- Half a cup of ice cubes
- A teaspoon of matcha

# 2 Fruity Matcha Smoothie
You will need:
- A quarter of a cup of berries (raspberries, blueberries or blackberries)
- Half a cup of yogurt
- Half a cup of ice cubes
- A teaspoon of matcha
Preparation:
Blend ingredients together in an electric blender and then pour the mixture into a tall class. It is prerably to drink it immediately after preparation. You can add kiwis, bananas, mangos and flavors of mint or ginger, it is all up to you and your own preferences.
# 3 Banana Matcha Smoothie
You will need:
- One peeled, frozen banana, preferably an over-ripe banana
- Half of cup of milk
- Half of teaspoon of matcha
- If you choose to, you can also add vanilla extract and sweeteners to taste
Preparation:
Mix all the above ingredients in the blender and blend until the mixture becomes smooth. You can also stir if necessary.
# 4 Honey Matcha Smoothie
You will need:
- A teaspoon of matcha
- Two teaspoons of hot water
- One cup of milk
- A ripe banana
- A tablespoon of honey
- 4 ice cubs
Preparation:
Start by dissolving the matcha powder in hot water. Then combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
# 5 Mango Matcha Smoothie
You will need:
- 1 1/4 cups mango chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk or low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon matcha tea powder
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Honey or agave syrup (optional)
Preparation:
Add the mango, the soymilk, the yogurt and the matcha tea powder to the blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. At the end add the ice cubes and the sweetener and blend them with the mixture until smooth.
