Ingredients
- 150g Whipping cream
- Pinch of salt
- 2tsp Green tea (Matcha)
- 250g White chocolate, chopped if large
Instruction
- Put whipping cream in a saucepan with pinch of salt, bring to boil over low heat.
- Remove from the heat and sift Green tea into the saucepan.
- Whisk to combine.
- Pour the white chocolate into the saucepan, whisk until completely melt.
- Let cool to room temperature, put in container, can be kept in a fridge for 4 weeks.
- Remove from the fridge to let it soften or warm in a bowl of warm water before using.
