A vegan walk on the conventional shamrock shake with matcha, coconut milk, proper mint and peppermint oil! Naturally sweetened + supreme for St. Patrick’s Day.
Factors:
- 1 14-ounce (414 ml) can gentle or fleshy fat* coconut milk, frozen into ice cubes
- 1/four – 1/2 tsp peppermint oil / extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp (Three g) original mint
- optional: 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- Three -four Tbsp (Forty five-60 g) coconut cream* (for creaminess)
- 1/2 – Three/four cup (120-a hundred and eighty ml) unsweetened undeniable almond milk (or more gentle coconut milk)
- 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) maple syrup (or sub stevia or agave nectar to taste)
- optional: 1 cup (30 g) loosely packed spinach (frozen for chillier shake | natural when that it’s likely you’ll presumably imagine )
- optional: 1 Tbsp (5 g) cacao nibs, for serving
