- 1 cup nut milk of choice (macadamia, almond, cashew milk)
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 (or 2) TBSP sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, agave)
- Optional for a bit of extra energy and B vitamins: 1 tsp bee pollen
Instructions
- Add all to blender and whiz until it becomes frothy and slightly warm.
Notes
If you don’t have any nut milk lying around, add 1/3 cup nuts of choice and 1 cup water to your blender and whiz for few seconds until you get milk. Strain it to remove some of the grainy pulp and then return the milk to the blender and make your matcha latte.
