Ingredients

For the mix:

3 ½ cups corn Chex cereal

½ cup dark chocolate chips

½ cup Nutella
-
2 Tbsp butter
-
½ Tbsp matcha
-
Pinch of salt

For the coating:

¾ cup powdered sugar
-
¼ cup matcha (or more to taste)
Instructions

In a double broiler, melt the chocolate chips, Nutella, butter, matcha and salt together. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, add 1 cup of Chex, followed by ⅓ of the melted chocolate. Repeat until all the cereal and chocolate is layered. Use a spatula to gently coat the cereal in chocolate.

In a large Ziploc bag, add the powdered sugar and matcha. Mix well. Then add the cereal mixture, close the bag securely, and shake to fully coat the cereal.
