Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2-three Tbsp. Yuve Matcha green tea
- 3tbsp. coconut flakes
- 1/4-cup vegan honey
- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix your complete ingredients in a food processor and blend unless soft creamy texture. Adjust the flavor by adding extra ingredients if wanted and let it frigid down for one hour.
- Process ice cream the usage of a pre-chilled ice-cream maker.
- Transfer ice cream to a freezer stable container and let is hardened for 3-5h.
