Substances:
- Three cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp matcha inexperienced tea
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tsp matcha inexperienced tea
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375. Sift collectively the flour, salt, baking soda, cream of tartar. Position aside. In a small bowl mix collectively ¼ cup sugar, ¼ tsp matcha, and 1 tsp nutmeg.
- With a mixer, beat shortening and sugar except fluffy. Add the matcha and blend successfully. Add the eggs one at a time, blending successfully in between every. Slowly add small amounts of the flour mixture except its all mixed.
- Roll into 1 dawdle balls, roll every ball within the sugar, matcha, and nutmeg.
- Place on a baking sheet, and bake except golden.
