Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (any milk works)
- 3 tbsps chia seeds
- 2 tbsps matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp sugar (or any sweetener even honey works)
- sauce
- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Mix first 4 ingredients together and allow to sit in the fridge overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
- For sauce simmer everything in a saucepan for about 15 minutes until raspberries have broken down.
- Pass through a fine sieve.
- Allow to cool .
- To serve, mix the sauce with the chia pudding and enjoy!
