Ingredients
- 12 T butter, room temperature
- 1 T matcha powder
- 1 t vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 T milk
- 2 1/2 c powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add your butter to your mixing bowl and mix just enough to get it a little looser. Add the matcha powder and mix on low speed to incorporate.
- Add milk, vanilla. and salt and mix again until completely incorporated.
- Add powdered sugar a cup at a time, mixing to incorporate between each addition. Start on a low speed so your powdered sugar doesn’t fly out of the bowl then turn up the speed as it’s mixed in. Beat for 30 seconds to whip it up a bit, then frost your dessert.
