These brownies are not difficult to make, but look great and taste awesome :)! Matcha and chocolate are a surprisingly good combination and the lemon flavor in Matcha dough rounds out the flavor.

INGREDIENTS
Brownie Batter:
- 375 g flour
- 100 g cocoa powder (unsweetened!)
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g cane sugar
- 200 ml Coffee
- 330 ml vegetable milk (eg soy / rice / oats / spelled / almond milk, soy-free version on soymilk refrain)
- 300 ml tasteless oil (eg rapeseed oil or bright sunflower oil)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 10 g vanilla sugar (for hala version on vanilla sugar recourse)
Matcha dough:
- 100 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Zest of half organic lemon
- 100 ml vegetable milk (eg soy / rice / oats / spelled / almond milk, soy-free version on soymilk refrain)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) oil tasteless
- 1 tsp Matcha
INSTRUCTIONS
Brownie Batter:
- Flour, cocoa and baking soda in a mixing bowl.
- Sugar, cane sugar and vanilla sugar if necessary to and mix with a whisk.
- Give coffee, vegetable milk, oil and possibly vanilla extract and mix with a whisk just until all ingredients have connected. Smaller nodules can be ignored because they dissolve when baking alone.
- Divide the batter evenly on the baking sheet, which you can do either good with a pallet or using a cake server
Matcha dough:
- Rub lemon peel.
- Flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Lemon zest, sugar, vegetable oil and milk and mix with a whisk just until all ingredients have connected.
- Spread with a teaspoon little blobs of light dough on the brownie batter. Do not use all bright dough for it! Maintain the majority of the dough back.
- Draw a rod or a handle of a spoon by the bright blobs.
- Preheat oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C hot air / convection.
- Now the Matcha powder in the dough seven remaining bright.
- With a whisk the Matcha powder with stirring. Not too long stir.
- Now distribute large blobs of Matcha dough on the brownie batter.
