Formula:
- 2 cups greek yogurt (or unpleasant vegan yogurt*)
- 4 teaspoons Encha organic latte grade matcha
- 1 teaspoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (no longer compulsory)
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
Instructions:
- In a mammoth bowl, mix the yogurt, matcha, honey, and vanilla together till completely combined. Divide into 4 tiny ramekins and kick again till ready to encourage.
- Correct before serving, sprinkle the discontinue of a matcha yogurt cup with ample sugar to coat it in a thin, even layer, about 1½ teaspoons.
- The employ of a kitchen torch, caramelize the sugar by retaining the torch just a few inches away from the discontinue and the employ of a round motion, till all of the sugar is evenly caramelized. If it begins to blacken, strive pulling the torch additional away.
- Sprinkle one other layer of sugar over the first, about 1 teaspoon, and repeat the caramelization process to make a thick lid of sugar.
- Repeat for the final cups.
- Take a seat again for 10 minutes to harden the sugar on top and cool the yogurt down again. Support straight away.
