Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unflavored soy milk
- 2 tbsp. matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup of agave (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- few dashes nutmeg
Instructions
- Whisk together soy milk, matcha, sweetener and vanilla. Heat to desired temperate in a small saucepan on stove top or microwave in a microwave safe container.
- Divide into mugs and froth

- Add coconut milk, and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve.
