This Blueberry Matcha smoothie is each and each refreshing and energizing. I delight in it in the morning to supply me an additional boost!
Components:
- * 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- * 1 cup frozen blueberry
- * 1/2 frozen banana
- * 1 tbsp matcha powder
- * 1 handful spinach
- * 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder of selection
Directions:
- Keep all substances into blender and mix till tender. High with walnuts, extra blueberries, or another desired toppings. Revel in!
