Substances:
- 1 half of of cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup little one kale, packed
- three/Four cup frozen pineapple
- half of of cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons unsalted pure almond butter
- 1 tablespoon matcha inexperienced tea powder
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- half of of teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Mix on excessive till soundless. Relief straight.
