A powerhouse superfood, this matcha smoothie bowl is detoxing, energizing (and detoxing!) for at the same time as you happen to want a natural filling settle-me-up!
Substances:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups of kale
- 2 cups of frozen mango chunks
- 2 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1½ cups of coconut milk
Instructions:
- Add the total ingredients in a blender. Blend till totally soft. Pour in a bowl and high with granola and fresh fruit or serve as a smoothie in a large cup with a straw.
