INGREDIENTS
- 7 oz white chocolate
- 1½ cups milk (any kind will work)
- 1½ teaspoons fleur de sel )mine was infused with vanilla)
- 1½ teaspoons matcha powder
- 1½ teaspoons peppermint extract (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the white chocolate and milk in a saucepan and heat on medium-low and stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted into the milk.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot.
NOTES
Tip: Sometimes the matcha can be hard to mix in, so you can use a blender to mix in the matcha powder to the milk before making your drink or use an immersion blender after you’ve already begun making your drink (which is what I ended up doing).
