Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk (learn to make your own!)
- ¼ cup chia seeds (soaked in purified water or almond milk overnight)
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder* (or way more, depending on how much caffeine you like)
- 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
To make, I like to combine everything in a glass jar, tighten the lid, and shake!
Try creating a version with your own additions – I’m thinking peppermint oil… cacao powder… coconut flakes… see what you come up with!
